Denials can be challenged
Claims get denied for many reasons — a causation dispute, an exclusion the carrier applied broadly, missing or weak documentation, a missed deadline, or simply a first look that didn’t tell the whole story. Some denials are correct. Many are not, or are broader than the facts support. The difference usually comes down to evidence.
What we do on a denied claim
We start by understanding exactly why it was denied and what the policy actually says. Then we build the documentation the original claim lacked — establishing covered cause, countering an overbroad exclusion, and presenting the loss properly. We re-present the claim and make the case for coverage, and where warranted we pursue the routes available to challenge a denial.
Start with a review
If your claim was denied, don’t assume that’s final. A free review will tell you whether the denial holds up — and if it doesn’t, what it takes to reopen the claim.
